Training and Development

Induction

Whether you are a Manager, Assistant Manager, full time, part time or casual, you’ll spend a day before you start in your role learning about the company culture & our Customer Service standards – then its time to hit the floor!

Orientation

Once you’re in store you will progress through an on-the-job training program which equips you with all the skills you need including product knowledge, policies & procedures, and more..

Your Manager will help you through the program & sign off your progress after each section.

Ongoing training & support

You will receive ongoing coaching & feedback from your Manager, as well as regular reviews.

There may be opportunities to attend development workshops to continue your progression.

Above all, there are great opportunities and we encourage you to use a little initiative to make the most of them!

Sales & Service training

The most important part of our teams role is customer service, you will have morning meetings keeping the focus on giving our customers the best experience, ongoing training & coaching on the sales floor, and Mystery Shopping to recognise our superstars of service.

Nationally recognised Retail Studies Training programs

You can apply to take part in a Certificate in Retail Studies, which is designed as a standard entry level qualification specifically for the retail industry. It applies to those who want to develop and expand their skills as well as knowledge in order to begin a career in the retail industry. We can offer you the opportunity to take part in this exciting course for both personal and professional development.
